Supposedly Full Tilt, Laurent Tapie and the DOJ are close to a deal that will re-pay all players. A recent article on PocketFives says a deal "could" be done within two weeks. We finished the season 7-3 with one additional dissappointing loss a few weeks ago.  The positive spin on that loss is it probably kept us out of the top tournament bracket.  We're capable of beating any team in the top bracket on the right night, but in most cases we'd get smashed.  Unfortunately would got a tough draw in the middle bracket...though we're probably still the favorites to win it

We had our first basketball game last night.  We're in a higher division this year and the competition is clearly better.  It's the right spot for our team though.  Last night we fell 61-52 in a close tough fought game.  The simply shot better than us.  Oh well, next week we do it again.There are local poker games both tonight and next week which is pretty sweet.
